The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has released next year's official Oscar schedule. In a statement on the Oscars' website, Academy president Tom Sherak announced that the 84th Academy Awards will be handed out at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012.The awards will again be televised on ABC, which will host a 90-minute red carpet show immediately preceding the ceremony.
